This machine is suitable for large batch, small batch and single production of cylindrical spur, helical gears, worm wheel and chain wheel etc. with the process method of continuous cent.
By means of using finger-type milling cutter and reverse mechanism, the machine can produce herringbone gear without slot cutter groove.
This machine is equipped with single indexing mechanism which can realize the function of auto-cycle milling gear by means of using circular milling cutter and finger-type milling cutter.
This machine has excellent features of good rigidity, high strength and precision, easy operation, adjustment and maintenance, as well as a wide range of production processing ability and large modulus. Work table indexing adopts precise worm wheel machine for processing, as well as the adoption of processing technique of rolling, shaving and grinding, which ensured the high gear dividing precision and abrasion resistance ability of indexing worm gear.
Casting parts of the machine are made of resin sand casting. Machine bed is designed as symmetrical structure and rational rib arrangement with the features of high density, good strength and nice appearance. All casting parts are processed with precipitation heat treatment which is helpful to eliminate their internal stress.
The bed adopts plastic filming technique for guideway which decreased friction coefficient and ensured running stability
The separation of Hydraulic oil from coolant enhanced the stability of hydraulic system.
The use of axial hob shifting is helpful for reducing abrasion and spanning service life of cutter.
The use of drive gear for grinding processing ensured accuracy of driving chain.
The adoption of tool post balance mechanism and ball screw for tool post shifting eliminated tool post shifting gap and ensured processing stability and precision.

The machine is equipped with automatic stop mechanism which has interlock protection performance that ensured the safety of operation.
